I have been way into card challenges lately. They have been able to give me that little spark that really gets my creative juices flowing (how's that for cliche?). This card was created for Moxie Fab World's Get Inspired by Fashion Challenge. The image we were to use as our inspiration is below. While I didn't have a specific project in mind, I knew I had this really fun houndstooth paper that I have been wanting to use for a while.

Isn't this card so happy? I am getting ready to redecorate our bedroom and am borderline obsessed with the combination of yellow and gray. I love combining patterns with similar color palettes. I couldn't resist the gray, yellow and black houndstooth print from the Blissful collection from Authentique Paper. I paired it with a coordinating floral print and die-cut, also from Authentique. I finished the card by adding a gray bow (Offray), yellow pearl brad and and three antique silver brads from American Crafts.
