We have a delightful ornamental tree in our front yard that produces thousands of white blooms for about a week every year. We call it the Popcorn Tree. When the wind isn't howling, you can hear bees buzzing and watch them collect pollen. And it smells fantastic! A good, deep whiff of this tree is so soothing. This tree was the inspiration for this CAS card.
For this card I used Paper Smooches Gently Seasoned stamp set to create a lovely little tree and added a bit of jute twine. Being inspired by the fruit in the photo for the Sparks challenge, I had intended on stamping an apple tree, but as I was finishing the leaves, I liked the tree just the way it was.
