This week Epiphany Crafts has paired up with Helmar adhesives to bring you more fun and inspiring projects! I mean, what crafter doesn't LOVE adhesives? Making good crafts would be nearly impossible without good adhesives.
My daughter turns 6 this August so I figured now is a good a time as any to start making some birthday goodies.
Fun, right? I made some pinwheel cake toppers and a birthday card with all sorts of elements a 6 year-old is sure to love.
I secured the pinwheels with EC brad settings and Round 14 embellishments. I absolutely love that I can make custom brads that perfectly coordinate with my project! Helmar's premium craft glue works really well for keeping the embellishments on the brads.
For the card I used EC's pennant tool to make a fun little banner on the top of the card.
I also used Helmar's premium craft glue to secure the sticks to the pinwheels. The glue grabs really quickly so there is not a whole lot of sliding around.
Now all I have to do is remember where I put these when August rolls around. :)
