I have a few cards published in the newly released 75 Creative Card Challenges from Paper Crafts magazine. I even have a card on the cover! (the little plaid dress card)

Of the six cards that I had picked up for this issue, I have chosen to share my favorite one with you today. (You'll have to purchase a copy of the issue to see the rest.) :)

I made this card for Challenge #12: Make Your Own Ruffle. With lots of pins and a little bit of patience, I sewed ruffles into 1" wide satin ribbon and then adhered the ruffles to the card. The striped paper and chipboard embellishments are from Crate Paper's Pretty Party collection. My 6 y.o. daughter already looks forward to receiving this for her 7th birthday. :)
The rest of this issue is amazing and inspiring! I love the cards for Challenge #38: Make an Embellishment with Twine. There is everything from a miniature knit sweater to a lasso. Brilliant designs, I tell ya! I can't wait to try some of the other challenges for myself. You can purchase a print copy or a digital copy HERE.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Amanda
